Cardi B postponed her show in Texas at El Paso, which previously scheduled for tonight, due to the situations “which she can’t control”, read a press release from today. The American rapper also canceled her upcoming performance at Maryland’s 92Q Spring Bling Festival over Memorial Day Weekend, from the sources, the show has been postponed for early September.
According to a source, the artist is cancelling all performances for the remainder of May to “focus on recovering and healing,” as advised by her doctor. “After her plastic surgery, Cardi B jumped right back into her work so she wouldn’t disappoint her fans and wanted fulfill her obligations,” the insider shares. “The traveling, flying and the performances took a toll on her body.”
Her rep confirms in a statement: “Cardi was overzealous in getting back to work, she didn’t take the time necessary to fully recover from her surgery. Her strenuous schedule has taken a toll on her body and she has been given strict doctors orders to pull out of the rest of her performances in May.”
Her statement continues, “She’s very disappointed as she hates to let her fans down. She reassures them that she will see them in September.”
Earlier this month, the candid star revealed she had a bit of help getting back her pre-baby body. “I have some news for y’all,” she while performing at the Beale Street Music Festival. “I should have canceled today… I shouldn’t really be performing because moving too much is gonna f–k up my lipo. But bitch I’m still gonna get my motherf–king money back, let’s go.”
The confession was an important one for her fans to hear, she later told E! News. “I don’t like lying about things,” she shared. “Like when you see somebody that had lipo you think that they just go into the doctor’s and like boop, you come out and you look amazing, but it’s actually like a very long process, recovery. It actually takes like a little bit more than three or four months.”
And though she admitted the end result “might not come out how you want it to be,” she is certainly “enjoying” her slimmer physique. But, don’t be fooled: She’s always been in great shape.
Olivia Munn’s Dating History: Actors, Athletes and More
The Oklahoma native was a G4 television host before rising to fame as an actress in X-Men: Apocalypse and The Predator. Early on in her acting career, Munn was linked to fellow actors Bryan Greenberg and Chris Pine.
Although she keeps her relationships fairly private, the Office Christmas Party actress, who was also a Daily Show correspondent in the past, has shut down false dating reports more than once. In 2018 alone she confirmed that she was not romantically involved with Chris Pratt or Justin Theroux, despite rumors to the contrary.
“Sooo… I would never respond to random tabloid stories, but since we know each other I wanted to reach out to you personally to tell you the story about me and Chris dating has 0% truth,” Munn texted Pratt’s ex-wife Anna Faris in January 2018, which she shared via her Instagram Story. “I’m sure you already know it’s not true, or maybe didn’t care either way, but I just wanted to reach out personally to tell you it’s not true. Anyway, I hope you had an amazing holiday and an even better 2018.”
The Newsroom alum also joked that “Chris and I would have a horrible celebrity name: Crolivia, Prunn, Chrisivia, Olipratt,” while addressing the false narrative on social media at the time.
Munn revealed she isn’t the type of woman who hooks up with her pals’ exes, when debunking the story of her dating Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband Theroux in March 2018. “Dear tabloids, please stop matching me with my friends’ exes,” she wrote in an Instagram Story at the time. “No disrespect to people who do date their friends’ exes, that’s just not my style. Kthxbye!”
In between rumors of her high-profile romances, the actress has had a few serious relationships, including her time with quarterback Aaron Rodgers. However, Munn hasn’t ever really thought about tying the knot with anyone.
“I never have ever been that girl [who dreamed about her wedding]. And I’ll hear about friends who have, and I’ve just never been the person that’s, like, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to get married. This is what it’s going to be like, what my ring would be.’ I don’t really have any of those,” the actress, revealed in an April 2020 episode of “The Big Ticket With Marc Malkin” podcast.
She added: “The idea of getting married has always made me a little … It gives me … I don’t know what that word is for … I’m like, ‘It’s hot in here, right?’ It’s like, ‘Really?’ … Yeah, I just feel like to pick one person forever.”

Country Strong! Relive Faith Hill and Tim McGraw’s Romance
The country couple first met at a Nashville gig in late 1994, when they were each seeing other people. At the time, the “Just to See You Smile” singer was dating Kristine Donahue, and Hill had just finalized her divorce from Daniel Hill. Two years later, Faith joined McGraw on the Spontaneous Combustion tour and sparks began to fly.
After a whirlwind romance, the “Don’t Take the Girl” crooner wed his country cutie in October 1996 in his Louisiana hometown. Nearly 20 years later, McGraw looked back on the romantic moment he proposed to his soulmate on tour.
“We were in the dressing room, here, June 26, 1996, and it was raining and stuff and we’d been on tour for a while together, and I joked around with her about getting married. And so I looked at her, grabbed her by the hand, and dropped forward [on my knees] onstage,” he recalled in a nostalgic video in October 2015. “She said, ‘We’re at a country music festival in a trailer house, and you’re asking me to marry you?’ And I said, ‘Yeah.’ So I went onstage … When I came back offstage, [I saw] a Sharpie with lipstick kisses all over it, saying, ‘Yes! I’m gonna be your wife.’”
The couple brought their love all across the country — and later, around the world — on their Soul2Soul tour. Between gigs, awards shows and recording hits, the pair welcomed three daughters: Grace in 1997, Maggie in 1998 and Aubrey in 2001.
Even through their most difficult moments, McGraw and the “Mississippi Girl” songstress have stood strongly by each other’s side. When Faith lost her father, Ted Perry, in February 2019, her husband shared a loving tribute on social media in his honor.
“He was the sweetest, kindest most gentle man I’ve ever known,” McGraw wrote at the time. “No man in my life has ever made such an impact on me as to how to be a human, a father and a friend.”

Freddie Mercury’s cats: From early days with Mary to his last ever photo at home
International Cat Day is marked by pet fans across the globe. Nobody loved his furry fans more than Freddie, who rehomed rescue cats throughout his career. He called home from tour to talk to them and made sure they were lavishly looked after in his will. He wore his favourite cat waistcoat (made by friend Donald MacKenzie) in his final Queen video, These are The Days Of Our Lives. He even wrote a song for his favourite feline, although many thought the song was about a woman.
Freddie’s partner Jim Hutton described in the memoir Freddie And Me the special place the cats had in the star’s heart.
He wrote: “Freddie treated the cats like his own children. He would constantly fuss over them, and if any of them came to any harm when Freddie was away, heaven help us.
“During the day, the cats had the run of the house and grounds, and at night, one of us would round them up and bring them inside.”
Jim took the last known photographs of Freddie, days before his death, in his garden – one of the cats, of course, by his side.
Freddie’s long-term girlfriend Mary Austin bought them the first pair of cats in the early 1970s.
Tom and Jerry were followed through the years by Tiffany, Dorothy, Delilah, Goliath, Lily, Miko, Oscar, and Romeo.
The cats would receive their own stockings at Christmas and when Freddie was on tour he would call home and Mary or his personal assistant Peter Freestone would hold the cats up to the receiver.
Just as incredible as the way he spoiled the cats was the way he found them in the first place.
The album Innuendo includes a track written about the cat and named for her.
The lyrics of Delilah include the classic lines “when you throw a moody you’re all claws and you bite,” and “you make me slightly mad, when you pee all over my Chippendale suite.”
Smith said of the cat: “She was a real character, that lady… She was a bit of a bully to the others, but was always first on his lap, first for food.”
Hutton described Delilah as: “the little princess of their home, the one he’d pick up and stroke the most often.”
