The world of fighting games is replete with crossovers of all kinds, and Jump Force is one of the largest in recent years. Now, Bandai Namco’s manga-inspired brawler is coming to Nintendo Switch in 2020.
Named after Shonen Jump magazine, one of the oldest institutions in the world of manga, the game offers Super Smash Bros.-like brawling with a large roster of over 50 characters. While there isn’t a firm release date for the Switch version yet, it will feature an exclusive offline 3 vs. 3 mode, which allows six people to fight simultaneously in a tag-style match.
Bandai Namco also announced the game’s second Character Pass for all platforms, including PS4, Xbox One, and PC. This will feature characters from YuYu Hakusho, Hunter x Hunter, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, and Bleach. There’s no word on a release date for that either.
