The third and final DLC character of Samurai Shodown‘s second season pass has been revealed during the New Game+ Expo livestream. The Warden, from Ubisoft competitive melee brawler For Honor, arrives on June 24 on Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
Along with the announcement that the Warden would be joining Samurai Shodown’s eclectic roster, developer SNK Corporation shared a trailer showing off what the warrior looks like in-game. The trailer below shows the Warden in all his cel-shaded glory battling several Samurai Shodown fighters. We see a bunch of his moves, hear some Japanese voice lines, and get a peek of some of his finishers.
The Warden will retail for $6 individually. He also comes packaged in Samurai Shodown’s Season Pass 2, which costs $14 and includes two additional characters–Iroha and Sogetsu Kazama. The game’s first season pass, which features four DLC fighters, retails for $20.
