Actor Nitish Bharadwaj says his show “Vishnu Puran” brings out theories and principles that give a deep insight into ancient Indian knowledge pool.
Based on an ancient collection of stories and scriptures, the 2000 show is set to return to the small screen. Nitish plays Lord Vishnu in the show, which aims to impart interesting life lessons.
” ‘Vishnu Puran’ as a show brings out theories and principles that give a deep insight into ancient Indian knowledge pool. Prior to taking up this show, I had read the manuscripts of Vishnu Puran and immediately recollected the Theory of Evolution put forth in the 19th century by the naturalist, Charles Darwin. While his theories might have been true and perceived the first of its form in the West, from the perspective of India’s age-old heritage and culture, I personally believe that Maharshi Ved Vyas was the first anthropologist author to address and establish human evolution via the Vishnu Puran manuscript,” said Nitish.
“While Darwinism deals with its anthropological aspects, Vyas not only deals with this aspect through matsya avatar till Krishna avatar, but also deals with social evolution of human society, making his text a more rounded one. I believe that bringing back this show that unveils several dimensions of Hindu knowledge pool, it will impart moral values and life lessons that would enrich and enlighten today’s generation, in dealing with their own battles of post-corona new world order,” he added.
“Vishnu Puran” will air on Zee TV, starting May 25. Along with “Vishnu Puran”, the channel is also bringing the heartwarming adventures of the mischievous ‘Makhan Chor’ with “Paramavatar Shri Krishna”.

Bharti Singh Had Plans To Have A Baby With Hubby Harsh Limbachiyaa BUT….
Bharti Singh is certainly one of the most loved comedians in the country. The quirky nature, light-hearted comedy and chemistry with every superstar of B-town has won several hearts. But what the audiences love the most about Bharti is her unmissable on-screen banter with husband Haarsh Limbachiyaa.
Recently Bharti Singh has revealed that she and Haarsh Limbachiyaa had planned to have a baby this year. But given the current situation and the crisis caused by the pandemic COVID-19, they have put their plans on hold.
Opening up about her family plans with Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Bharti Singh has been quoted by Telly Chakkar saying, “Well, I want to become a mother. In fact, Haarsh and I had planned to go family way in 2020. Socha toh tha ki 2020 mein 20-20 khel loon (I thought let me play 20-20 in 2020).”
However, things obviously did not work out the way Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa planned. The comedian further added, “However, due to the coronavirus outbreak, I don’t wish to take any chance. I can’t plan a baby in such tension. I want my baby to come in a healthy environment. Right now, it is risky to even visit a hospital and once you get pregnant, you have to visit a doctor for regular check-ups. Might as well wait for another year than putting a small baby’s life at risk.”
Well, for those of you unaware, Haarsh Limbachiyaa and Bharti Singh met on the sets of Comedy Circus and that was where love blossomed. The couple was in a relationship for 7 long years before they tied the knot in 2017.
Fans instantly fell in love with Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa’s chemistry when the couple participated in Rohit Shetty’s stunt based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 9.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has been entertaining its fans for over a decade now. The show gifted us innumerable moments and characters to remember. Yesterday, we presented a lesser-known fact about Dilip Joshi (Jethalal) and Munmun Dutta (Babita). Today, we’ll be taking a look at Tanuj Mahashabde’s (Iyer) lesser-known fact.
Unknown to many, Tanuj Mahashabde wasn’t supposed to be a part of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. He was one of the writers of the show. Also, originally he is Maharashtrian and not South Indian. During the shoot, he was talking with Munmun Dutta and it was then when Dilip Joshi suggested the makers to cast Tanuj and Munmun as husband and wife in the show.
It’s quite surprising as Tanuj who joined the show as a writer has become an irreplaceable actor in the show, over the years. In the show, Tanuj Mahashabde plays the character of Krishnan Iyer who is the husband of Babita.
Meanwhile, speaking about Taarak Mehta…, the show is all set to hit 3000 episodes’ mark. The team is all geared up to complete the shoot at a brisk pace whenever the prohibitions are uplifted. Speaking about the milestone, Raj Anadkat (Tapu) shared some interesting details.
While talking to Bollywood Life, Raj said, “Yes, there will be some grand celebrations. When we had completed 2900 episodes, we did have some good celebrations. When we had our press conference, even Asit Modi sir had said kuch grand hone wala hai, dhamakedar hone wala hai.”
