Pakistan is not Responding to India’s Proposal on Kartarpur Corridor: Pakistan is incensed by the Modi government’s decision to remove Articles 370 and 35A (Articles 370 & 35A) from Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this resentment, Pakistan took several major decisions apart from breaking trade relations with India. After this decision, it was believed that Pak could take any step regarding Kartarpur Corridor, although so far it has not said anything on it. 

Now it has been reported from the sources that India had proposed to hold technical level meetings in the first week of August for Pakistan to make arrangements and finalize the interim connectivity route of Kartarpur corridor.

These things are to be discussed

The meeting was also to discuss developing mechanisms to share information about the pilgrims between the nodal points. Also, a system was to be discussed to deal with the problems arising after the commencement of Kartarpur corridor. However, Pakistan has not yet given any reply regarding this meeting. He has also been issued a reminder by India.

According to sources, India had also shared proposals to finalize the agreement on the modalities for operating the Kartarpur corridor. India hopes that Pakistan will react swiftly to these proposals to make the corridor in time for the 550th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev.

After the Modi government’s decision to remove Article 370, Pakistan has stopped the Samjhauta Express and Thar Link Express. In addition, it has also stopped the bus service started between Delhi Lahore. 

Not only this, Pakistan has called back its High Commissioner to reconsider diplomatic relations, while the High Commissioner of India in Pakistan has given a decree to return. Pakistan did not get help from big countries, this step of India stung and demanded leaders of the world to intervene in this matter. On which he has got disappointment from countries like America, China and Russia.

Recently, Justice Markandey Katju, the former judge of the Supreme Court made another controversial statement on Twitter on April 12. This time he tweeted about the global epidemic Coronavirus.

Justice Katju tweeted: “If there is a God, why does he not tell corona to buzz off ? Or does he like tormenting people ?”

The former judge of the Supreme Court is known to make controversial statements. A Twitter user says, “Kidding you sound !”

But he reverted and said, “I am not kidding. I am asking a serious question. In Dostoevsky’s great novel Brothers Karamazov it was asked by one of d brothers if there is a God y do children, who havent done any harm 2anyone, suffer ? Der r millions of children in d world hungry, shivering in cold, homeless.”

In another tweet, he said, “if there is a God, why does not eradicate corona.” Replying to one user, Justice Katju said, “I am not kidding. I am asking a serious question. Fate Of Lockdown To Be Decided Tomorrow 10AM: What To Expect ? Different Zones! Liquor Shops?

After much anticipation since the day he held a meeting with the chief ministers of state, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will finally be addressing the nation at 10 am on April 14. The 21 Days lockdown is about to end on 14th April 2020 i.e tomorrow , It is the day when the lockdown extension will be made official by the Government.

In a tweet on Monday afternoon, the PMO Twitter handle announced that PM Modi will address the nation at 10 am on Tuesday.

After the meeting of PM with other states chief minister, the nation is expecting lockdown extension till 30th April. Now It’s the government which has to decide whether  to care about the  economy or to care about it’s people. It will be a difficult decision for the government as a result the news is coming that the govt might opt for a balanced approach and will divide the nation into different zones:-

Red

The districts with substantial numbers of positive cases would fall under the red zone. The coronavirus red zone will be totally sealed and no activity will take place.

Orange

The areas with limited number of cases in the past and with no surge in positive cases recently would be included under the orange zone. Only restricted activities such as limited public transport and farm product harvesting is expected to be allowed in coronavirus

Green

The districts with no coronavirus positive cases would fall under the green zone.

In the meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, chief ministers reportedly rooted for limited movement of people in the extended lockdown period. They also asked for opening of liquor shops since these generate a substantial part of the state revenue.

Several states such as Maharashtra, Punjab, Telangana and others have already extended the lockdown till April 30.

Soon after Saturday’s meeting, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal was in news when he tweeted that the PM has agreed to extend the lockdown and expressed his gratitude.

According to the latest Official reports by the Government, The number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 9,000-mark while the death toll has crossed 300.

Delhi shook again by Earthquake 2.0- 2 DAYS IN A ROW!

The citizens of Delhi felt the tremors of a minor earthquake for a second day in a row on Monday, April 13 afternoon.

The National Centre for Seismology said the earthquake occurred at 1.26 pm at a depth of 5 kilometres.

On April 12 Delhi had felt the tremors of an earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale and these were felt in the neighbouring cities of Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.

The people of Delhi seem to be panic stricken by such actions of nature and the Chief Minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal had tweeted hoping for everyone’s safety.
