The skipper of the Indian cricket team, Virat Kohli is one of the best batsmen of the cricket world and many former cricketers and his fans believe that he is the greatest of all times (GOAT). However, he often gets slammed or criticised for his aggressive nature on the field but still he has pretty good relations with other cricketers.

Virat Kohli has become very active on social media during the lockdown and he is not only indulging in Instagram live chat sessions with other players but also making videos for spreading smiles on the faces of his fans. Remember the one in which he walked like a dinosaur which went viral for all the hilarious reasons and sparked a meme fest on the micro-blogging site Twitter?

Recently, Virat Kohli who is also the skipper of the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore posted a photo of himself with the New Zealand cricket team captain Kane Williamson.

Both the cricketers have good relations and they respect each other a lot. In the pic, they can be seen walking together as they were going for the toss.

The caption that Virat wrote was, “Love our chats. Good man”.

The Kiwi skipper who has also become quite active on social media was quick to respond and he reciprocated the emotions along with an attempt to find who is taller between the two.

Kane Williamson wrote, “Same here bro, looking forward to the next one! … also trying to work out who is taller?”

On the New Zealand tour, the Indian team whitewashed the 5-match T20I series but lost the 3-match ODI series by 3-0 and 2 test matches by 2-0. At that time also, Kohli was slammed for his aggressive behaviour but few Kiwi players supported Virat, saying that he is just a passionate player and nothing should be blown out of proportion.

Looking forward to see these cricketers on the field soon! Till then, stay at home and maintain social distancing to stay safe!

Exclusive! Will Paatal Lok’s Ishwak Singh Work With Anushka Sharma As An Actor In Near Future? Here’s What He Says

Ishwak Singh has impressed everyone with his simple yet effective performance in Paatal Lok. He played a cop named Imran Ansari in the latest Amazon Prime Original and emerged a heart winner.

Before Paatal Lok, Ishwak Singh has done some major Bollywood films like Raanjhana, Aligarh, Tamasha, Veere Di Wedding and others too. But it’s his digital debut that helped him touch new levels of popularity.

In a recent conversation with Koimoi, Ishwak Singh opened up how he got Paatal Lok and how it wasn’t an easy thing to get the role of Imran Ansari. He also talked about working with Anushka Sharma as an actor in the future.

“Just like I got the previous films, I got even Paatal Lok in a similar way. I auditioned for all those parts and this was also the same. If you are a working actor most of the casting directors are aware of you, and you are always on their list. So whenever there’s a part that fits your look, your capability, you are called. I got a call then I went out for the audition and after two weeks I got the call that ‘I am on board for the part.” he said talking about the audition process of Paatal Lok.

When asked about any special memory related to auditions or filming Ishwak Singh said, “Some casting directors push you a lot. I went for the audition after preparing very well. I’ve a friend who was helping me with the styling of my hair. So I worked a lot on the audition and whatever time I had like 2-3 days, I worked on everything including my hair and other things. When I went for the audition we did many takes and every take was better than the other. The credit goes to casting directors as they really pushed me to get those nuances out for that particular part. So there were many variations and every variation was pretty good. That’s why it’s never easy to crack an audition and if you are quite unfamiliar, you have to really hit out of the park to convince everyone. So that was it. We did two auditions and there were no dull moments, we were all in sync, it happened very seamlessly. Even though we shot in live locations and there were many challenges but we were all creatively aligned and complimented each other.”

Ishwak Singh worked in Paatal Lok with Anushka Sharma as a producer. When asked if he sees him working with her as an actor in the near future, he said, “Oh yeah! I’d love to. I am a huge fan of her work. There are actresses & stars and then there are actresses like her or Deepika (Padukone) in whom you see enormous talent, intelligence and their craft is just amazing. An actor always wants a great environment where he gets a great director, great co-actor because I think having a good co-actor is a blessing. Because your half task is done there. So I look forward to working in good films, working with good directors and actors.”

AAshka Sonali Bendre: I am not my child's friend
Sonali Bendre Does Not Believe In Being A Friend To Her Son & For All The Right Reasons

Actress Sonali Bendre prefers to be a friendly parent than being a friend to her 14-year-old son.

“I am not my child’s friend and don’t think I need to be. I am his parent and why can’t I be a friendly parent and have a great time together. There are certain things he will speak with his father, with his aunts, with his friends, with his grandparents, there needs to be an outlet for healthy relationships,” Sonali Bendre said.

Sonali Bendre further added, “I tell my kid ‘you know technology more than I do, but however grown-up you might be, your brain is not fully formed and might not be able to process the emotional part of it’, and that’s where parents come in. It’s an investment in communication and it always pays off.”

Further talking about her relationship with her son, Sonali Bendre said: “I have never lied to my kid, I might dress up the truth but have never lied. If I expect my child to be truthful, I need to be true to him. The only reason why you don’t want to be completely truthful is because when they are young they will analyze it and comprehend it in a manner and you don’t want it to be ‘so big’ that the child will be scarred. So to make it a bit lighter you give them a version of the truth.”

Sonali Bendre opened up about her son during an episode of the JioSaavn podcast “Raising Parents”.
